VM Light on but no messages

I have a user who's VM light is on every morning whether she has messages or not. I've checked to see if any other VM box's are using her DN as their primary DN, but no luck. I've deleted the VM boxes of her 2nd and 3rd lines. None of her DN's appear on any other TNs. I'm stumped. I've searched through all the posts here but didn't find anything that worked. Any help would be great!

Hi, you mentioned that you checked to see if any other VM boxes are using that DN as the primary dn. You also need to run a search on your message indication dn. You may have a mailbox built with a different dn as the indicator.

I did a search for the message indication dn but it only listed the user's DN. It's strange b/c the light will go off after she's logged in to her mailbox even though there aren't any messages.
