VM Issue

Hi

Im trying to add a vm box to a 3300 ver 7.1.4.9 when i click save i get a box saying internal system error.
Viewing the software log i get the message below

Software 504 Warning 2008/Jun/16 16:48:01 CAVH_User Configuration updateTuple()->failed to udpate view: 0.3 Encountered the following error(s): Voice Mailbox Configuration: Internal system error

any ideas guys/gals

are there any mailboxes added already?
do you get the error when trying to add other extension number's mailboxes?

if you don't have mailboxes configured yet you could go into the admin mailbox 9999 and press 1. This will re-create the voicemail system where you specify extension length etc.

Has it always been this way?

The icp/pbx member didnt match the ip of the switch........
