I've installed a new Magix 4.0 on a site which I've done many times before with previous versions, setup coverage group 30 and calling group 770. Added the 8 members to my calling group set calling group for integrated VM and tested every thing works great until I add a primary cover BTN to an extension. The call goes to the VM/AA, you enter the extension # to route the call, the VM does a blind transfer to that extension, it rings the extension then rings the primary cover BTN, when it covers back to group 30 on a RNA I receive the trunk integration codes that the call came in on and not the extension # that the call was transferred too. If I remove the cover BTN then I get the correct integration string and I get the correct mail box. Is there a new setting I'm missing?

Please help

Thanks
Ken

Hi Merlinman,
can you shed any light on this one?

I think something else is in play here.

I would examine VM Transfer Return.

Also, by default the Xfer return for outside lines is back to 768, a non existant extension that routes things back to the operator on a line apearance.

Is something happening like that, but to the VM Calling group?

I'd print the CALLING GROUPS and THE EXTENSION (or a few of them) and the GENERAL LINE stuff to see if that gives a hint.

Or the old PRINT ALL trick may be needed....
