VM Greeting

is there a way to change the greeting after the name in the VM? when a call is transferred to a voicemail, the recorded name will be played then the default "is not available at the moment. at the tone...."

sounds to me like you need to record the prime greeting for that mailbox...

after i setup the VM at the callpilot, i go to the phone and press f981 for the first time. is the name that i record here the prime greeting?

After you enter F981 for the first time, and record your name, this is the initialisation process, then press 8 2 1 1 and you will then be able to record the Prime greeting.

This should remove the 'is not available' message
