VM going to wrong mailbox

403 2.1.15.DT phones.
When a user wants to transfer a call to another ext and sees that it is busy they press the vm button on the dt to send the call to vm, caller ends up in completely different mailbox

Probable Cause V2.1(15), upgrade to V2.1(24) or downgrade to V2.0(18)

V2.1(15), does not like spaces in names(this IS ok for other versions) & user names of more then 15 characters.
