Sorry I know this has been asked before but I can't find the thread or the info in the docs. Please help a simpleton!

I want to know how to forward a vm message to another mailbox but without adding any message with it. So basically just transfer the message as if a new message to a users mailbox. I can do it if i add "here is a message for you and i will talk a bit longer so the bcm accepts" and forward but I want no add on message just the client message. Does this make sense? do you understand? Can u help?

BCM 50 rls 2. I know I am gonna kick myself when you tell me. Appreciate the help. Why is it so hard to find in the docs? Maybe u cant do it??

Thanks

Ok thanks. Seems this cant be done. The option is 73, 79 came up not allowed. You have to leave a 3 second introduction with the forwarded message.

Thanks for your help. Any other helpful guidance on this point appreciated.

Yes sorry shud have said it is call pilot through the hand set. VM version 42.02.05.22. I have now reduced the minimum message duration to 1.5 seconds which hopefully will not lead to lots of people hanging up being recorded as a by-product. Any thoughts?
