VM Cover Rings Off by 1 Ring

This is strange I know...but I've played with it enough to verify. The VM Cover Rings #321 is off by 1 ring??

If I program it to 3 rings it rings 4...if I program it for 2 rings it rings 3 and so on...

Anybody ever seen this?

yep , ive seen it never worried about it though close enough seems ok to me

i guess it has something to do with CLID......so a minimum of 1 ring will be anticipated by the switch....weather or not the subscriber has paid for CLID or not....
