VM Callxpress with F9600

Hi all

I am having problems with my Callxpress voicemail.
I know the intergration is correct.
A while ago I noticed that i had to keep on reseting the port.
now the port would not reset.

After checking the computer hardware found the serial port was defective. Changed the serial card with no luck. Some how the F9600 SMDI port keeps blowing the serial port all the time

Any ideas

do you have a spare dcu port on the pbx?
If so reprogram the pbx and move the vm to the spare port.

Tried that and still blowing the serial port
Checked the spare DCU port to make sure it was working (programmed it for a MC port with 9600)and got in using direct connection. Reprogrammed for SMDI 1200 an blew the serial port.
