VM application module printer

I want to attach a printer for reports to my voicemail system and the manual says to hook up a epson printer. Is there a model number that anyone has experience with that works well?? Does it have to be a dot matrix or can it be a laser printer?? I am using voicemail 4.0.

I've only hooked up Procomm to the printer port and printed from there.

Since you have 4.0 software you can hook up the Norstar VM Manager and print all kinds of reports and also do some admin that you cannot do through the phone. Let me know if you want the setup for this...
