Vlans and 802.1Q

Hello,

I will install a video server in VLan. My backbone is a HP9304 where the server is connected.
The @ of 9304 is 10.0.0.254/16 and the VLan for Server Video is 192.168.100.0/24. The server IP is 192.168.100.1 (connected on HP9304) and cameras are 192.168.100.101...110 (connected on HP4104)

The cameras are connected of an other switch, a HP 4104 who has an IP adress in 10.0.0.51.

How to configure the vlan and the routting table in my differents switchs
