Is it possible? From what I've found this ability is within the NIC card properties. What cards will do it? Thanks.
 
See the paragraph with associated images, "Setting Up the QoS Packet Scheduler", check your Network Card and see if it offers the same thing.

I saw this comment too on Google "NIC needs to be able to support 802.1Q. Typically only a server class NIC would have this".
