VLAN Tagging and Forwarding on Extreme Summit400-48t

I am a little confused about configuring the Extreme Summit400-48t to honor traffic that is already tagged for VLAN2 and forwaring VLAN2 tagged traffic from this swtich to to a specific IP address.

What would the correct set of commands be to set this up assuming that currently the switch is still in default mode with no VLAN or routing configuration on the switch to speak of?
