We currently have a LAN network running out of IP#s

We have a W2003 server running DHCP using the 192.168.35.1 through 192.168.35.254

I've connected the Dell 6224 to the existing LAN (via a cat5 cable from a hub/switch) and assigned it a static ip# 192.168.35.20 during the initial setup.
I can now log into it via a web browser.

What I want to do is now is create a VLAN and connect a hub/switch to the 6224 and make every PC connected to that hub/switch get an IP# in the 192.168.36.1 through 192.168.36.254 range.

I'm trying to expand my network without any downtime at this point.

What I'm not able to find is any info dealing with how to set this up.
I've never done this before and the limited tech support from Dell was no help.

Any step by step help would be appreciated!
