I've setup vlan routing on our system using the example on cisco's website but still cant ping between vlans. I can ping the respective vlan ip's and ip's in the same vlan, even if they are on different switches. Im using a cisco 3750 as backbone switch that is trunked to 10 cisco 2950 switches. Any help would be appreciated

Are the PC default gateways set as the relevent VLAN interfaces on the 3750? Do you have 'ip routing' enabled in global config?

Check all your vlans and make sure they show under the "show vlan " command . Make sure all layer 3 SVI's for these show up with the "show ip int brief" command . Are your trunks working correctly "show int trunk" . If this looks ok then maybe you could post the 3750 config and maybe 1 2950 that isn't working and we could figure something out . If you do a show ip route you should see all your networks show up as a "connected" route" .

The pc default gateways are set to the respective vlan interfaces and ip routing is enabled on the 3750. The vlans are shown correctly on the 2950's and 3750 using the sh vlan command.sh ip route shows the subnets as connected and the trunks looks ok. Will check the l3 SVI's and post the configs. Thanks

Hi
I cleared all configs on the switches and setup everything from the beginning. Works ok now. Thanks
