VLAN routing between multiple routers and switches...

I have a need to have private communications (own VLAN) between two sites 1 in Raleigh and 1 in Charlotte. In Raleigh I have a 2950 switch with all ports on VLAN 30 that needs to only speak with other ports on a 2950 in Charlotte. The IP range for the clients in VLAN 30 is 10.10.200.X.

The topology is this...

Raleigh-> 2950 Switch trunked to a 4506 Switch. The 4506 Switch is connected to a 7206 Router with a circuit to Charlotte.

Charlotte->Circuit from Raleigh comes into the 7204 Router connected to a 3750 Switch. Then trunked to the 2950 where the other ports in VLAN 30 are.

Also (this is the confusing one) it will be an overlapping vlan. Vlan 30 - 10.10.200.X/24 and VLAN 1 (raleigh) is 10.10.10.X/16.

My core switch on the Raleigh side is the 4506 as a VTP server and eigrp is enabled. There are other vlans on this switch but I'm not worried about those. I have never done this type of vlan routing over routers. Plus it's need to be private or at least pruned if poss. (since that one vlan is overlapping.)

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
