viwer set to SAI Recognition Settings

Hi ,
well I set IDD viewer(ver 7.3.0) to perform application recognition trough SAI recognition settings.After procedure to buildling user.sai, for unrecognized app. (app teaching mode in Workbench) and also adding in Ape server, viewer still can't display app from idd scan, is anyone have some problem I didn't solved this :O(?
