ViVo capture wrong size

I have the GeForce4 ti 128mb My ViVO card. I am capturing from vhs. In Microsoft Movie Maker the captured file fills my whole tv screen when played back. In Premeire, Ulead, MGI Videowave, the captured image is smaller, with a black border around the edges. I am capturing at 720x576 @ 25 fps.
Can anyone help me enlarge the image to fill the tv screen?

Is the capture software cropping off parts of the video, or just at a smaller resultion?

It doesn't crop any of the image. Infact it gives me all lines, all the way down to the sync information at the bottom. It just makes the whole thing too small.
