Vital w/Aloha

A processor change to Vital in EDC 6.1 is supposed to be configured under the visanet template, correct?

I am having some issues- just getting a failed message, even though the info seems to fit right in. I think the iphost might be different, so I changed it in the EDC.ini, but now the only MODEM shows up (they were using VISANET before and when I changed the IPHOST info, it disappear which I assume means it's not connected).

Anyone know what I have to do to get this working?

Just in case this helps anyone else- it turns out this is setup under Aloha's visanet template. We got it working over dial up, but we are having issues with the internet processing. I tried to change the iphost in the edc.ini (as opposed to the stock one which is httpsprod.secureexchange.net or whatever it is) and that still didn't get it to work. So the client is gonna have to use dial up with this processor for now. I will post back if I find out the solution. And as always, if anyone knows why the address should be (I am assuming this is the problem, since the dial up works so other config parameters are correct), please feel free to post.
