VisualVoice not prompting or asking for password when login to mailbox

So I have a IP Office Server Eddition 9.0.3. Customer wants Visual Voice but also wants it password protected but even if I have a password set for the user, I press "Messages" button and it never asks for password. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Delete the Vxxx entry in source numbers, but I'm not 100% sure that works with VV :)

Yes that was it. I thought I deleted those but I didn't. Egg on my face. Thanks again for the help.
