Visual voice on 5410, 4.1.9

hi, we use visual voice feature on our 5410's we notice, when playing old messages etc, when press 6 to forward, no "avaya girl" voice comes up with prompts, and doesnt fwd

but when dial *17 or msg key, and do manually, all works fine?

any ideas?

didnt think you could use dtmf in vv, that was the point of it.

during playback press page right and select copy - do a pre rec or just select target and finally done.
