I saw Visual Voice Mail some 24 months ago , it was part of CUPS before it was pulled by Cisco- the ability to view individual VM messages on your phone display and pick which ones to play and use the softkey as play, forward delete etc instead of the TUI interface . I`m aware that citrix has a similar system but does anyone know if visual VM is now available again for Voice mail only as part of Unity -thanks

That's a CCME feature only using CUE. You are confusing your products.

You can do this for sure in Unity 5.x, not sure about 4.5. There is also the ability to monitor when a customer is leaving a voicemail and pulling the call back if you want to take the call.

The way it looks is when a call goes to VM the phone display will change automatically and allow the user to monitor or take the call. Via the phone service it also allows you to list all of your VM's from the Phone display and listen to the desired message.

I have this configure for several customers.
