Visual Voice Mail Forward and Rewind not showing up on MCD 3300

I have 3300 systems with same problem. One is running 4.2 with Embedded VM and the other is 5.0SP1 with NuPoint UM.
I am able to log into visual vmail from a 5330 and start/stop/and discard messages, but do not get options to rewind or move forward in the message or Recorded call.
Have tried creating brand new COS for ports, reconfiguring VM Ports with no luck.
Has anyone experienced this issue?

are those options allowed in th FCOs in Nupoint ?

the rewind feature is an FCOS option in the Nupoint. Don't think the embedded duplicates.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
