How do I make it prompt for a password? I have taken the V out of the source code and still goes straight in. This is a 4.2.17 system.

In the manager, in the user tab under source numbers take out the V(extension) entry.

Yaze.

Put vmpro in intuity mode( if you have it)

I already took out the V on the source code and it still went through. Has anyone got this to work?

Mine ask for password as soon as i take out the V in source numbers in intuity mode...

What release are you working on ?

It will allow you to go in and hit listen, but it will ask you to enter the passcode once you hit NEW to listen to your new messages.

I know on all the systems I configure, and I always use Intuity mode, it prompts "ENTER PASSCODE:_" the moment you hit the Visual Voicemail button. That assumes you have remoted the V source number.
