On what platform?
On Win32, your "Visual" metaphor can be Access, via ODBC to MySQL.
On Linux, I know there is something included with the Open Office suite, and I believe there is something included with StarOffice.

try mysqlfront..
As far as i know, it works on Windows..not sure abt other platforms.
