Visual tool for PHP

Hi,friends
Does there exist any visual tool for PHP? I'm familiar with FrontPage.I want to use PHP to substitute ASP.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

While this isn't exactly akin to Frontpage or the like, it's about as close as I could come to finding a visual editor:
