Visual Studio Project

I write in search of guidance from a hobbyist for a project under consideration. My
interest is in using Bluetooth wireless technology/voice command to control a device much
like the pairing of a headset and cell phone.

This is probably the wrong forum, but you should check into the Windows Mobile developer resource kit, which may be included with your VS install. If not, do a search on it at MSDN.
