Visual Studio.NET allows the Tools menu to be extended by doing the following:
Tools> External Tools> Add > {enter appropriate values for Title/ Commands/ Arguments> Initial Directory}
This works fine, but we have a number of external tools to add, large number of pc's at work, and we may want to change the customisation from time to time (e.g. add a new external tool, modify the arguments, etc).
It would be nice to centralise the administration somehow, i.e. perform/ test the customisation each time on one pc only, and for other users to just copy some resultant file or whatever Studio/ XP registry does to implement the change.
How do I do it?
