Visual Studio .NET Installation Issues

I am trying to install Visual Studio 2003 .NET and yet cannot get past a given point using AD and GPO.

I have now tried a irect install and yet have just received the following errors:

MSI error: Component Lookup failed for VB_Advertising
MSI error: Component Lookup failed for VCpp_Advertising
MSI error: Component Lookup failed for VCsh_Advertising

each one is followed by a long series of hexidecimal codes.

Can anyone help here?
