Visual studio.net Installation error with non-english message

Hi..if anyone of you can help me on this...Thank you very much

i am using XP Professional edition version 2002 sp2.
I tried to install Visual studio.net 2003 for the first time.
after inserting the pre-requesite there is an error prompted. the error wasnt shown in English.i don know what language.

the InstallationShield Wizard also appear with other language as follow
"El programa de instalacion Sound Blater Audigy Web Update esta preparando el Asistente InstallShield(R), el cual le orientara a traves del resto del proceso de unstalacion. Expere unos instantes"

the error message text is follow
"Error al extraer archivos de soporte:
The system cannot find the file specified."

i have try the installation cd in other pc there is no problem.

you have an soundblaster audigy wich has a web update wich is interfering with the installation fo the requisites. probably you should uninstall it or at least kill the process.

But my spanish isn't as good as it used to be.

i have uninstalled the sound card and driver..however it still giving me the same error..

please if anyone know the solution/walk around?
