Visual Studio .Net closes right on startup

Hi
I have kinda weird problem in the last week, and reinstalling wont fix it!:

When i'm starting the Visual Studio .NET, right after i see the main window, i see for a half of a second a 'Windows Installer" little window says "Preparing To Install...", then the whole studio is gone.

Does anybody know how to fix this damn bug? Daniel Cohen Gindi
