visual studio .net 2005 - standard or professional?

Hello!

I have Visual Basic .net standard right now...I am looking to upgrade to the Visual Studio...the standard lists for $300 and the professional version is $800.

Can anyone give me some info on the differences and limitations, if any, of going with the standard...

One difference that I am aware of is that the Professional Version has a Windows Services project template while the Standard edition does not.
