Visual Studio installation problem with DCOM

Hi kids, I had both MS Visual C++ 1.5 and MS Visual Studio 6.0 installed but had to reinstall everything. Visual C++ 1.5 reinstallation went ok but when trying to install Visual Studio 6.0 I get a message box with this message:
"The installation program could not create a user DCOM account to register C:\Program files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\Tools\VS-Ent98\Vanalyzr\valec.exe".
So the installation cannot be successfully completed. How can I solve this problem? Thanks
