We are having a hell of a job deploying VS .Net using MSIs. We have deployed all the pre-requisites and the MSDN library and all these work. We have deployed Visual Studio and it looks like it all works; yet when we run it on the test machine the program starts running and then disappears. No fault in the Event Log, nothing.
Do we have to have IIS running? Must one server be running Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions? DO I have to shoot myself to get it to work?
