Visual Studio 6.0 Compatibility

I have a copy (legal) of Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition. I was going to build a programme in Visual Studio 2005 Express Edition but it does not seem to cater for Reports. Can anyone tell me if I learn to use the VS 6.0 Enterprise set will the programme be compatible with Windows Vista?
