Visual Stucion 2012 Express where to tun on Shirft-F2 to jump to procedure

I see in the Tools menu/Options, Environment /Keyboard area.
But I have no idea what any of it means?
I want to set up or change when I double click a procedure name to highlight it and then Press Shift F2 it jumps to it instantly. It does in 2010? insert superlatives here :(

I have no idea why after many, many years of something being a certain way, that Microsoft decides to change it?

I found out press F12 to jump to procedure.
