Visual Interdev with Win XP Pro SP2

I am trying to get VI working with my new pc which is running WinXP Pro SP2.

When trying to create a new site, I am getting the following error:

Server Error(Error Code = 80070005)

Can anyone tell me what is going on or what is wrong? I have done this a thousand times with Win2000 without issue, but can't get it working with WinXP.

Additional info...

I get this error when I get to the following question:

What server do you want to use?

I have tried entries from my host file as well as using my ip address, nothing is working.

Help is appreciated.
