Visual Foxpro Speed On Novell 5 client

1.&nbsp;&nbsp;Check the Novell Cache Settings (Make sure there is not delay time between the time of request and the time the server fills the request.)&nbsp;&nbsp;Novell 4 and 5 have setting(s) that do this.&nbsp;&nbsp;The default is 5 requests before the server responds with a delay of 5 seconds.<br><br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;You have several protocals loaded on the workstations.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are using Novell 5, You can get rid of all protocals but TCP/IP.<br><br>3. Band Width.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is the network so busy that there is a band width problem.&nbsp;&nbsp;The first indication will be the collision light will be on a lot.<br><br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;Did you load the runtime on the network server, Move the Runtime and EXE files to the workstation. <p>David W.
