IS there a way to create visual forms within oracle 8I for netware??? or do I have to use something like access or VB?

You may develop your forms with Java, if you have jvm, on with Pro*C.

You can use Oracle Forms 6i too (I assume Oracle for Netware doesn't pose any issues in this respect? They just run on Windows/NT)

Delphi sits quite nicely on Oracle too, you can buy 3rd party tools to do most of the complex Interfacing too.
