Visual CSU to Option 11

Good morning,

I have a tech working on installing a Visual CSU to one of our Option 11 T1 card. The Visual has a serial RJ45 connector on the back that feeds to the T1 card and an RJ 45 that feeds to the smart jack. I believe the issue is the cable from the serial RJ45 to the T1. Can anyone clue me in as to what cable or pin out you may need to put add this Visual CSU to the setup? The circuit works fine with out the CSU but the customer is wanting to at it for circuit management.
