Hi,

I'm looking at using Visual Component Manager and MS Repository for storing software components, but I've found that the VCM supplied with Visual Studio 6 Pro does not allow you to add a new repository (specifically an ODBC data source).
We've got VS6 Enterprise and this appears to have the same version (6) of the VCM and you can add new repositories.
I can't find anything anywhere about this, and MSDN has proved to (yet again) be highly sucessfull at being useless.
Apologies if this isn't quite the right forum to place this message on....

TIA
Mike
