Visual Call Waiting ?

Hi all,

I am a Norstar man and I have a customer who would like Visual Call waiting on a KSU based system that will support 4 to 6 lines and a minimum of 10 extensions. This is a non-starter with a Norstar CICS.

Is there anything that will do such a thing.

I have a BCM but do not have visual call waiting. I don't think it is supported as this is most often a residental feature. I checked with other telephone system suppliers and this seems to be unavailable. This customer needs more lines not visual call waiting.

with nortels larger switches i can add mcr keys for calls waiting, but that is limited to the number of inbound trunks. never saw one that worked like a home phone, call waiting on the busy line..old rolm switches did that with auto park on a busy trunk..
