Visual C++ hangs when start in Win95 but WinNT is ok.

I install Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Enterprise edition
and when i start the program VC++ hangs.
or cause an illegal operation.This is on Windows95.

VC++ was installed in the same PC under WindowsNT and
it run perfect.

I install Visual Studio Service Pack 5 on Win95 but
the same problem persists.

Please advice.
