Visual C++ for Windows CE

I have a VC application that I'd like to test. The app requires Visual C++ version 6.0 and Visual C++ for Windows CE version 3.0. I do have VC 6.0, but don't have VC for WinCE. I looked for it on the Microsoft's site, but I couldn't find it. Can anyone, please, point me to the place where I can download it from?

I have eMbedded Visual C++ and Visual Studio .NET installed on my system as well. It doesn't seem to work with the two.
I have read that Visual C++ is different from eMbedded Visual C++. Is there any difference between Visual C++ for Windows CE and Windows CE Toolkit for Visual C++, or it implies the same thing?

I would appreciate your help.

I have Visual Studio 6 installed, with eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 installed 'on top' of that, for Pocket PC 2002.
eMbedded Tools installs and runs as its own environment, but it does require VS to be installed.
