Application Tool bar does not appear on Excel 2000 foreign
languages. I am thinking that it could be because buffer
allocated for toolbar is not sufficient in case of japanese
because of multibyte characters. Toolbar appears on English
but not on Japanese. Nut it shows an error ' 1004 saying
that "application defination or object defination error".
I tried all workarounds from Microsoft online support for
this 1004 error but nothing seems to be working.
Please suggest me how should I solve this problem. Thanks
