Visual Basic Scripting Error

On some web sites when I arrive an error box appears and says that I need 'Visual Basic Scripting Support' and asks me to put in my win95 CD ROM.

When I do the system can't find whatever it is looking for and the page loads with an error.

Obvisuly I am missing something from my win95, but even when I go to the windows downloads page it also asks for this !!! So I guess that I can't see what ever I am after..

Hope someone can help
