Visual Basic runtime 48 error

I am trying to open a word document form VB, but everytime i do i get "run time error '48' Error in loading DLL" The code is fine because i was able to run it earlier, but I had to reinstall my office XP and thats when the problem started happening. Does anyone know what .dll i need to register. thanks
