Visual Basic Error 1

I created a DB that collects nursing signaturs. This has been in place for about 6 months, No issues. I have created additional queries to assist in nursings searches, the queries work fine. I wanted to create a switchboard for easy navigation, after I build the switchboard or even create a blank form with Icons to run the queries I get the following msg: Error Accessing file Network connection may have been lost.

This is driving me crazy!!!! can anyone explain to me what is happening and how I can fix it? Thanks in advance!!

I have attempted the solutions indicated on the link, I am still encountering this problem and it is causing me major headaches!! Is there any other options for this problem? anyone have any idea why this would start happening within the last 2 months? Thanks
