Visual Basic 4.0 & Windows 98 SE

Install of VB4 on WIndows 98 SE fails miserably! Is this totally impossible? Can't<br>
seem to find anything about it except one place in Windows Technet - VB6.0 is<br>
'required'. Is this so? What if I go back to 98 (not SE?).<br>

VB4 16-bit (Version 4) runs fine on my work machine.. which has win98 on it.<br>

I also have VB5 on the same machine.
