Which version of Vista equates to XP from the point of view of networking and joining domains? Will Home Premium allow me join a domain in the office?

Business & Ultimate are the only retail versions that can join a Domain.

Prob safe to assume XP-Pro

Windows vista ultimate is the best choice. Not only for networking it will have all the lates features and its consider as the higher version of vista.

Working on XP64 with a possible option to downgrade to 32 bit (long story) and weighing the (dis)advantages of upgrading to vista, I am not so sure Vista is currently the better option.
