Vista, networks and apps

Need a solid book on Vista running on MS Networks and getting Vista to cooperate with apps to reduce end user input.

Same goes for a book on Win2003 and Exchange 2003.

Are the MS press books really any better or just reformatted/reworded knowledge base articles?

Thanks for any help before I punk down my own money.
